At Cookie Hill Bakery, every order is baked fresh just for you and shipped with care!

📦 Processing Time

All orders are baked to order and processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is sent.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification with tracking information.

📍 Shipping Area

We currently only ship within New York State.

💲 Shipping & Handling

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
A flat shipping and handling fee of $15 applies to every order, regardless of weight or distance.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@cookiehillbakery.com with your name and order number.

💔 Damaged Packages

We take great pride in carefully packaging each and every cookie to ensure it’s well-protected for its journey. From secure wrapping to sturdy placement, every detail is thoughtfully handled with love and care.

However, once your order leaves our hands and is in transit with the carrier, we can’t guarantee how it will be treated along the way. While breakage is rare, it can occasionally happen — and unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for any damage that occurs during shipping.
